Participant must be 18 or older to play. (see 11 below**)

No purchase necessary to enter or win. (see 12 below***) 3.
Participants must wait 30 days to win again. 4.
No employees of WCBM (Talk Radio AM680), WVIE (AM1370 Fox Sports Radio), Mangione
Family Enterprises, or M10 Broadcasting are eligible. 5.
All large sized prizes (unable to fit in an envelope) must be picked up at WCBM
or WVIE office* unless otherwise instructed. Pick up times are Monday - Friday
from 9am to 5pm. Mystery Voice Game prizes are generally mailed. 6.
Contest rules are posted at the WCBM and WVIE studios. 7.
All 'Grand Prize' winners are determined by staff of WCBM. 8.
There are no prize substitutions. 9.
All prizes that are to be picked at our stations*, must be collected within a
one week period from date of winning, at which point prize will be forfeited.
If the winner is unable to pick up the prize within one week, the winner must
contact WCBM or WVIE station to request a later pick-up. Arrangements will be
on a case-by-case basis. 10.
Prizes are transferrable (see 11 below**). If the prize is
to be picked up at the station, and the winner can not collect a specific prize,
the station needs to be contacted and provided informed of name of person picking
up prize. 11.
**All Federal, State and Local laws must be observed when redeeming prizes. Legal
ages for consumption of alcoholic beverages, transportation, overnight accommodations,
etc. will determine the redemption of specific sponsor prizes. It is the winner's
responsibility to comply with the laws. 12.
***Any additional costs or fees occurred in the redemption of the prize are the
responsibility of the winner. Transportation, tips, taxes and gratuity are not
included in the prize, unless otherwise indicated. |
